Designed by Stantec, Altos Del Mar Park is located on Collins Ave between 76th and 77th street. It is one of the last undeveloped beachfront parcels within the City of Miami Beach. The park offers an undefined pedestrian connection to the beach. It includes amphitheater style seating, entry plazas, sand volleyball courts, multi-use walkways, landscaping, tot lot, improvements for the existing parking lot and a restroom and storage facility. My responsibilities on the project included working alongside the designer to create the design of the park, drafting the design in AutoCAD, creating a rendered site plan with program elements using logos of the activities as well as modifying the restroom/storage facility drawings.
